On the 4th of July we went to the Prairie Village, Village fest. It's a neighboring city's celebration. We had found it last year and loved it again this year. One of the high points was the Chinook. There is one that flies over out house on a regular basis. So getting to go through it and then watch it take off, was great.
After that, we went to the ward bbq at a local park. Then watched the city's fireworks at the mall parking lot. We had bought the boys QT slushies a few years ago before the fireworks, now it's a tradition. We had a great time with our friends the Lassens
